Contact and Billing Information

To change your Contact and/or Billing information, please fill out
our client information update form completely.

For specific billing issues please email accounting@oldcity.com or call (904) 494-2343. To aid us in assisting you with billing questions please have your invoice number handy.

WEBSite Changes

For site and/or graphic changes, enter the applicable information in
our site change request form.

Email Support

To access your web based e-mail account with OldCity.com:

On any web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, whatever) go to http://mail.oldcity.com:3000

The interface will ask you to enter your email address and password. Enter your whole email address (whoever@whatever.com) and then your password. If you don’t know your password, contact your system administrator and if you don’t have a system administrator, contact us and we can reset your password for you.

Outlook Email Setup

To set up an email account in Microsoft Outlook, use our Microsoft Outlook Settings.
