Q: How do I access my Email if I am not at home?

A: There is a webpage that you can access your mail anywhere in the world. It is called the World Client, and the website is http://mail.oldcity.com:3000 . Your username is your full email address, and your password is the password provided to by your system administrator. If you don’t have a system administrator, please contact and we will reset it for you.

Q: How do I add an Email Account to Outlook?

Q: How do I flush my DNS?

A: Click “Start”, then “Run”, then type in “CMD”. When the command prompt comes up, type in “ipconfig /flushdns”. This will flush DNS. For more detailed instructions, visit our tutorial.

Q: Why can I receive emails in Outlook, but can not send?

A: Outlook sends using the default Outgoing (SMTP) port 25 to send emails. Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) block port 25, we have opened an addition port 587 to allow you to send emails from Outlook. Click here to see instructions on changing the port in Outlook.
