Follow the steps below and click on the images below to enlarge.
- STEP 1: select Tools > E-mail Accounts.
- In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts.
- STEP 2: Add a new e-mail account
- On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next.
- STEP 3: “POP3” and click Next.
- For your server type, select “POP3” and click Next.
- STEP 4: Enter Information
- On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
- STEP 5: Enter Information
- Your Name: Enter your first and last name.
E-mail Address: Enter your e-mail address.
User Name: Enter your e-mail address, again.
Password: Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.
Incomming Mail Server: mail.oldcity.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.oldcity.com - STEP 6: Outgoing Server
- On the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the “Outgoing Server” tab.
- STEP 7: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
- Select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”
- STEP 8:
- Click Finish.
